1. ความหมายของ Present Simple Tense
Present Simple Tense ใช้เพื่อบอกถึงเหตุการณ์หรือสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นเป็นประจำ ข้อเท็จจริง หรือสิ่งที่เป็นความจริงทั่วไป
2. โครงสร้างประโยค
ประโยคบอกเล่า (Affirmative Sentences):Subject + Verb (base form)
สำหรับ He/She/It ให้เติม -s หรือ -es หลังคำกริยา
ตัวอย่าง:
I play football.
She plays the piano.
ประโยคปฏิเสธ (Negative Sentences):
Subject + do/does + not + Verb (base form)
ใช้ does กับ He/She/It และ do กับ I/You/We/They
ตัวอย่าง:
I do not (don’t) like coffee.
He does not (doesn’t) eat meat.
ประโยคคำถาม (Interrogative Sentences):
Do/Does + Subject + Verb (base form) + ?
ใช้ does กับ He/She/It และ do กับ I/You/We/They
ตัวอย่าง:
Do you study English?
Does she go to school every day?
3. การใช้ Present Simple Tense
แสดงกิจวัตรประจำวัน (Daily routines):
I wake up at 7 a.m. every day.
She brushes her teeth before bed.
แสดงข้อเท็จจริงหรือสิ่งที่เป็นความจริงทั่วไป (General truths):
The sun rises in the east.
Water boils at 100 degrees Celsius.
แสดงสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นเป็นประจำหรือเป็นนิสัย (Habitual actions):
He always drinks coffee in the morning.
They often go for a walk in the evening.
แสดงตารางเวลา (Schedules):
The train leaves at 8 p.m.
The movie starts at 6 p.m.
คำศัพท์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
always = เสมอ
usually = โดยปกติ
often = บ่อยครั้ง
sometimes = บางครั้ง
never = ไม่เคย
